Our Mission
P.U.S.H. Self Defense & Yoga delivers structured self-defense and yoga training to veteran-serving organizations through ongoing sessions and contracted seminars. Ourmission is to reduce stress, strengthen focus, and promote long-term well-being among veterans through consistent, practical training that develops both body and mind.
Our Approach
P.U.S.H. (Peace Using Stress Healing) was founded on the shared principles found in martial arts and yoga — discipline, awareness, breath control, and intentional movement. Both practices offer structured methods for managing stress while building clarity and physical control.
P.U.S.H. provides instruction designed specifically to serve veterans in a way that emphasizes safety, steady progression, and practical skill development rather than competition or performance. Training is structured, accessible, and grounded in long-term consistency.
